We offer free Shipping on orders over $250, valid for New Zealand orders only. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Your unique tracking number will be available on your order page (please note it can take a couple of days for the tracking to update in our system).
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
You can expect your order to arrive between 7-14 business days after placing the order. Please note if you ordered several items, they might arrive in separate parcels depending on the stock level in our two warehouses.
RETURN SHIPPING
We recommend using NZ post as they tend to be the cheapest option for most products. Prohorse does not cover the cost of sending returns, unless the item is faulty in some way.
