We offer free shipping for New Zealand orders over $250. A shipping and handling fee for smaller order is charged at $35.99 and standard shipping over $100 is $29.99
Depending on stock levels, we sometimes ship products from different warehouses for one order. Both tracking numbers will be available at your ProHorse account page.
Our new backorder policy only allows customers to wait up to 90 days for an item to come back in stock, if it is longer than that - the order will be refunded and the customer will have to order it again once available
No we don't offer express shipping on our products due to their size and weight.
All orders are processed and sent within 48 hours. Delivery dates range between 7-14 business days.
Your tracking number will show up on your Prohorse order page. It can sometimes take up to 3 days for the tracking number to update in our system.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply for orders under $400 and will be added at checkout.
Yes we offer hassle free returns on all of our orders provided that you return it 90 days after receiving your order, the product and packaging is in its original condition and it was not a clearance item.

Prohorse does not cover the cost of return shipping. We do however cover the cost of the shipping for your exchange.
